The profile distributes volume by price, not by time. At a glance you see where trading concentrated (the POC) and the edges of the value area (VAH and VAL) — the references institutions respect.
Value areas and VWAP
VWAP marks the volume-weighted average price, the execution reference of the strong hands. Combined with value areas, it gives you a clear map of where price is likely to react. And to confirm that reaction, check the order flow.
