3 · Legal basis and international transfers
Strictly necessary cookies rely on legitimate interest (Art. 22.2 LSSICE exemption). All other cookies (analytics, third-party functional) require your prior consent, managed through the cookie banner.
International transfers via third-party cookies: Google cookies (Analytics, reCAPTCHA) and Stripe may involve transfers of data to the United States. Such transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Decision EU 2021/914) and by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 4 · EU regulatory compliance
Our cookie management system complies with the GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC and AEPD guidance:
- Prior, free, informed, specific and unambiguous consent before activating any non-essential cookie.
- "Accept all" and "Reject" buttons with equal visibility and visual hierarchy.
- Granular per-category configuration (analytics, functional) via the "Configure" button.
- Effective blocking of third-party scripts (Google Analytics, reCAPTCHA, Stripe) until the exact moment of consent.
- Ability to withdraw or modify consent at any time.
- Consent record (date, version, categories) kept in browser local storage.

We also use localStorage and sessionStorage to keep user preferences (language, monthly/yearly cycle, cookie consent). These are not transmitted to the server and are removed when clearing browser data.
